Kale Chips & Carrot Fries

Looking for a new and delicious way to incorporate more vegetables into your diet? These recipes are so good even your kids will be begging for more!

Kale Chips

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Cut 4-5 large kale leavs into 3-4 inch “chips”. Place the chips into a ziplock bag and add oil & a pinch of sea salt. If you like vinegar, feel free to add a bit for a “salt & vinegar” chip. Spread out on an aluminum lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

Carrot Fries

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Slice carrots into fry-sized sticks. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil & a pinch of sea salt. Feel free to add a bit of garlic powder. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet & bake for 20-25 minutes.
