Cold Pressed Coffee:
Take one part organic coffee grounds and add 4 parts water. I use 1 cup coffee to 4 cups water in a mason jar. Let set for about 8 hours.
Using another jar, fasten a coffee filter to the top of the jar using a rubber band and filter the coffee through the filter. Store in the refrigerator and use as needed.

I thought I heard someone say they had a recipe for a pizza crust. I saw the one in the book, but am wondering if there is one that works for the advanced plan. Thanks.

Another varriation to plain salsa, would be to add shredded cheese and sour cream, mix it up and eat it on the crackers, or whatever you are eating it on. I also use a bit of sour cream in my Guacamole as well.

http://www.freecoconutrecipes.com/recipe_Gluten-Free_Pizza_Crust.htm Sauce was Muir Glen Organic Pizza Sauce. Cheese was organic mozzarella (we couldn’t buy raw). Sausage was organic grass fed ground beef with fresh ground coriander, fennel seeds, garlic powder, natural sea salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
